Cause of specific requirement profiles of the companies, it is necessary to offer purposeful training. Our training program covers a basis training, which is again split into a three different teaching steps.
According to the basic module, each group is arranged into teams, which get different tasks. The teams must solve these tasks. Each team orders a team speaker, who communicates the internal result to the coach, and the other teams. The results are evaluated and thus to profit also the other group members of the realizations.An accordingly trained coach, supervises for success in learning.
The learned knowledge, is controlled after each module and evaluated according to different criteria. Two of three modules must be furnished positively. If that is not the case, the applicant drops from the training programme. Thus the quality of the training is continuously increased. After the basis training, which takes approx. one time interval of 6-Monaten, the integration begins. For applicants, who develop special abilities, an additional module is offered.
The Java development course, which takes again one time interval of 6-months. After positive conclusion we have a highly-qualified IT or IN specialist for the Telekom industry available.
